- If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may terminate the agreement before the effective date. - Previous versions of these Terms are available under "Previous versions" at the bottom of this page.
Article 4 Formation of the Agreement
- The agreement is formed when an applicant reviews these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies to sign up through a method offered by the Service such as Google account sign-in, and the Company accepts the application.
- Persons under the age of 14 may not sign up.
- The Company may refuse an application, or terminate the agreement afterwards, if the applicant used another person's information or previously had their use terminated for violating these Terms.
- A Member who signs up on behalf of a business represents and warrants that they are authorized to agree to these Terms on that business's behalf.
Article 5 Managing Accounts and Access Tokens
- Members must keep their accounts and Access Tokens from being used by others.
- If an Access Token is leaked or suspected to be leaked, the Member must revoke it immediately and notify the Company.
- For security, the Company may revoke an Access Token suspected of being leaked or misused without prior notice, and will notify the Member without delay after revocation.
- Any action taken by an external tool (such as an AI client) connected with an Access Token is deemed an action of the Member who issued that token.
Article 6 Provision and Changes of the Service
- The Company strives to provide the Service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance is announced 7 days in advance. Emergency incident response or security measures may be announced afterwards.
- If the Company changes or removes an important feature of the Service in a way that is unfavorable to paying Members, it gives 30 days' notice and refunds the remaining period's fees to Members who terminate for that reason.
- If the Company intends to discontinue the Service, it gives 90 days' notice and allows Customers to download their Customer Data.
Article 7 Paid Services and Payment
The Company does not currently accept paid payments. When it begins to do so, the following applies, and the Company will give notice in advance under Article 3.
- The details and fees of Paid Services are posted on the Service's pricing page.
- Domestic payments (Korea): The Company is the seller. Payments are processed by a payment gateway engaged by the Company, and the Company issues tax invoices and receipts.
- Overseas payments: Overseas payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, and Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all overseas orders. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to overseas payments, and Paddle handles receipts and taxes. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until the Member cancels, and are charged to the registered payment method on the renewal date. The checkout screen shows the amount, billing cycle, next billing date, and how to cancel.
- When a free trial converts to a paid plan or a recurring charge increases, the Company notifies the Member at least 30 days before the change of the date, amount, payment method, and how to cancel, and obtains the Member's separate consent. Without consent, there is no automatic conversion or increase.

- Rights in the output belong to the Member to the extent the Company holds such rights.
- Members must not enter input that infringes others' rights or violates laws or the AI provider's usage policies.
- By default, the AI Copilot runs on AI provider accounts or keys that the Member connects directly (Claude subscription, ChatGPT subscription, OpenAI API key). In that case, the provider's terms and fees also apply, and usage counts against the Member's limits with that provider.
Article 10 External Service Integrations
- When a Member connects an external service (collaboration tools such as Confluence and GitHub, AI provider accounts, AI clients, etc.), Customer Data is sent to that service to the extent the Member directs. Processing after transfer is governed by that external service's terms.
- Integration features may be limited by outages or policy changes of external services.
- The integrations supported by the Service are Confluence and GitHub connections, webhook notifications registered by the Member, AI clients connected with an Access Token (MCP), and local vault sync in the desktop app. Customer Data downloaded to a Member's device through the desktop app is managed by the Member.

- Use AI Features to create content that deceives or harms others, such as deepfakes
- Connect another person's AI provider account or external service token without permission
Article 12 Restrictions on Use

- If a Member leaves while using Paid Services, the matter is handled under the Refund Policy.
Article 15 Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, causes attributable to the Member, or outages of external services beyond the Company's control. However, where the Company's intent or negligence is also involved, the Company is liable to that extent.
- Unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability to a Customer in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees the Customer paid the Company during the 12 months immediately before the damage occurred.
